Fees for 2025/2026
From August 2025 our fees will be £26.88 per session Monday to Thursday and £21.28 for Friday. A daily snack is included in this cost.
Parents with multiple children the same age (twins, triplets etc), are eligible for 10% off the above fees for the second child / subsequent children.
The (non-refundable) joining fee of £25 will be charged when children are accepted onto our waiting list.
Most children will qualify for the City of Edinburgh Council funding for fees, from the start of the term after their 3rd birthday. Please check with our Business & Development Manager for the exact start date of your child's funding.
We offer a minimum of three mornings per child but encourage five mornings to ensure that children settle into playgroup and form strong friendships.
We accept childcare vouchers from many of the major providers and are part of the Government Tax-Free Childcare Scheme. If you'd like to use either of these methods to pay, please let the Business Manager know so they can provide you with the relevant codes.
As we are a charity organisation and need to plan our staffing ratios, parents need to give a minimum of 4 weeks written notice (excluding holidays) if they want to withdraw their child from Playgroup.
