As a registered charity (SC017661), Holy Corner Community Playgroup relies on fundraising efforts and donations throughout the year to support the Playgroup and make sure that this essential service is maintained for our local families to use for years to come.
We regularly hold community events, including our annual Christmas Fayre, coffee mornings and raffles which are often supported by our neighbouring businesses. You can find out more about our upcoming events through our Facebook and Instagram pages.

Easyfundraising partners with over 7,000 brands who will donate part of what you spend to a cause of your choice. It won't cost you any extra. When you start your shop from the easyfundraising website or app, they can see it came through easyfundraising and if you make a purchase, it generates a donation for the Playgroup! There are also fun draws to enter and bonus donations at different points in the year. Something as simple as your online food shop can generate big donations for us.
To date we have 37 supporters and have raised £1344 through this channel. It is so easy to
set up and you can even have prompts pop up that let you know if the brand you are browsing is registered with easyfundraising.
We now have a school ID to use with My Nametags! Every time an order is placed using our unique school ID, playgroup will receive a donation of 24% of the sale! My Nametags labels are really fun designs and help to reduce lost items which ultimately saves you money!
Our School ID is 109674 - enter into the box ‘My child's school/nursery is a member of My Nametags fundraising scheme’ on the ‘My Basket’ page.
We have also been accepted into the Stamptastic affiliate scheme! So if you prefer stamps to stickers for labelling
the nursery clothes you can earn 15% commission for the Playgroup when you buy any Stamptastic product using
the affiliate link.
We now have a Benevity profile which allows us to accept donations for projects and also supports volunteer days. If your employer is registered with Benevity and can use the portal in this way then let get in touch. Search for Holy Corner Community Playgroup when logged in with your employer account.
If you work for a bank or financial institution we would be very grateful if you could ask about any Match Funding initiatives. This means if we fundraise at Playgroup, the bank will match the donation, doubling our contribution to our fundraising event!
